However, we are entitled to get a better job. Moreover, a study showed that low gajihnya job or temporary job turned out to affect mental health, just as people who have no job at all.
The study, published in the journal Occupational and Environmental Medicine, also said that people who do not have a job turned out to have better mental health than those who are stuck in an unpleasant job, or low quality of the psychosocial. Another factor in a job that also affect mental health is low job security and a high workload.
Researchers from the Australian National University in Canberra said that the current government policy focuses only on job seekers, but do not consider the quality of her work.
